With the release of the new Acrobat.com, we are finally starting to see Adobe’s overall plan for their suite of online applications. This new portal utilizes previous tools like Adobe Buzzword, Adobe Share, and Adobe Connect (formally Breeze) through a new interface that brings them together under a unified Adobe user name and password. In addition, it adds onlne tools to create PDF documents.

So what does it cost? Well here is the really cool thing. Unless you want to convert more than 5 documents to PDF, have a connect meeting with over 3 people, or share more than 5gb of files, it is all free.
Also, a little FYI. If you need to convert more than 5 documents to PDF, you can cheat a little by using Buzzword to upload a document and then exporting to PDF right from Buzzword. With this method, it is always free. ![]()
Check out the new Acrobat.com, it is a really great step forward in online collaboration of documents, files, and communication.
